2009 Yamaha YZR-M1 Prototype

2009 Yamaha YZR-M1 model is much better, at least according to champion Valentino Rossi. The prototype bike was tested at Jerez, and Rossi said he was delighted with the performance. It doesn’t mean he ended the day with the fastest time, it was actually the second quickest time of the first day. His best lap time at Jerez with the 2009 model is currently 1:40.135, which was made on the 39th lap. The fastest time was made by Dani Pedrosa from Spain, with 1:39.525.
